Every single controversial call from the last drive through the overtimes has been confirmed as, in most cases, obviously correct (the overturned interception, the first down, the second left on the clock), and in two cases, so close that either way would have been more than justified (the fumble/incompletion, the interference). You're just too much a homer bitch to see it.

I should add: it was a NEW ORLEANS paper that printed a story confirming what I just wrote about the controversial calls.

the true champion version of the "we didn't get beat" after a loss narrative is to look internally and blame it on your team's execution (isolated from any effects of the opposing team on said performance) or apathy toward an opponent. Losers get beat by the refs or the other team.
