I do. And I think if Bama had played OU for the title, Bama would have won

I 100% do - some dont agree. That FSU team had NFL guys across the board, especially up front. That was one of our worst up front groups of the decade. We couldn't get pass rush and we had super inexperienced and not quite ready DBs. Jameis would have picked us apart. We would have scored some but not enough IMHO. And that FSU group had NFL guys on the O-line too, and we'd lost in the trenches to both A&M and Auburns offensive lines full of NFL guys already.

That was a great FSU team.

Of course you didn't OU doesn't have the recruiting foot print Alabama does. They played a bad game and lost to a decent OU team.

The difference with this Bama team is even when they don't play well against decent teams they still win by 3 scores.

They didn't play well against the 2nd best team in college football in Atlanta and still won. UGA is a great team. Usually when you don't play well against a great team you get embarrassed.

If they play well against OU it will be over by half time. If they don't play well it will be over by the 4th qtr and still be a 3 score game. OU is decent team.

They are in the same tier as Mizzou, A&M, LSU, UF, and Missippi St.

That FSU team was great I agree. But you're telling me that you believe they probably beat Nick Saban's Alabama in a title game?

I have to laugh at that. And I mean that in a respectful way. That's just funny to me....

Alabama completely imploded on offense against perhaps the 2nd best team in the nation and still won

I think that it would have been one of the very few times where the opponent was, across the board, more talented than us and in some cases by far.

Florida 2009 and Ohio State 2014 are the only other instances of that I can remember post-2008.

I mean we could have won the game, but I think they were better than us.

You really think that?

What is your series record with the Noles?

I can tell you from a good measure of experience that the Noles struggle with "the family" no matter how good they are. Understand what I'm saying here?

Okay that's pretty good. Bowden era wasn't really any different.

So you should know they straight up shite their pants when they take the field against any team from the family, 9 times out of 10.

Bama defense hasn't shown they can handle an elite spread offense with a dual threat QB......EVER. Not once.

You gave up 348 yards on the ground to Kansas? How in the ever loving frick can your defense be so shitty? That was 200 yards more than their average. And it's not like it was Michigan, or Ohio State, or LSU with Leonard fricking Fournette. It was fricking KANSAS! Jesus fricking Christ. Your defense is absolute dogshit.

You've posted some pretty stupid shite on this board, but yapping about what Bama's defense can and can't do when your own defense has basically performed like a fricking Special Olympics team takes the cake.

What a fricking idiot.

Our defense is a piece of shite. So is yours, every time you face an elite spread offense with a mobile QB. You know it, I know it. So miss me with the shite talk. I've seen you in action.

Since football is won/loss via matchups, lets look at matchups by position.

QB vs. Opposing D: Push
RB vs. Opposing D Bama
WR vs. Opposing D: Push
TE vs. Opposing D: Bama
OL vs. Opposing DL: Bama

Yall finish

Thus far you’ve been a reasonable poster but you’ve ofically gone off the deep end calling Bama’s defense shite. They have some good potent dope in Charlotte honky.

You and your family stole land. Your ancestors were land thieves and you are the descendant of rabble and trash.

Oklahomianites are still thieves and, on top of that, they invented meth and are it's heaviest users.

Deducing from that, it's almost 90% certain that you are a thieving, meth mouth. By posting on this board, you hope to trick some honest Bama poster into taking you as a guest to look at Bama's trophies and you are then going to steal them and buy meth.

You will never get Bama's trophies, never.

Alabama is the #10 Total Defense in the country. That's good for SECOND in the SEC.

Oklahoma's total defense is worse than 13/14 SEC schools.

In fact their defense is the SECOND WORST in the Big 12, ahead of only Texas Tech by three whole places.

I really want to make a thread of teams with a better defense than OU but I don't want to give that stupid idea a response thread and the OP would exceed the character limit of a post.

Not quite. A 10+ rank differential is a slight advantage while 20+ rank differential constitutes a significant advantage.

Oklahoma Offense vs. Alabama Defense: PUSH

Rushing: #11 vs. #19 (PUSH)
Passing: #8 vs. #13 (PUSH)
Total: #1 vs. #10 (PUSH)
Scoring: #1 vs. #4 (PUSH)

Alabama Offense vs. Oklahoma Defense: Overwhelming advantage Alabama

Rushing: #37 vs. #53 (Slight Alabama)
Passing: #7 vs. #128 (Epic Alabama)
Total: #7 vs. #108 (Epic Alabama)
Scoring: #2 vs. #96 (Epic Alabama)

And if that wasn't bad enough, the coup de grace:

Turnover Margin:

Alabama - 21st
Oklahoma - 82nd
