Running out of whiskey and have a full half of football to play.
I wonder if we're playing well enough to warrant the #4 spot in the playoffs even if Bama comes back.

In the two games that bama has actually had to play in the third quarter, they have absolutely blitzed the scoreboard. Going conservative to end the half is going to kill us just like it did last year. Stubborn.

We can ice their offense if we stop them running bc the WRs have not been spectacular nor has Tua.

Pretty sure the thought process at the end was that we didn't have enough time on the clock to get down the field the way we've been successful doing it thus far. We need our run game to move us. Throwing downfield, while possibly a good thing to do, could also be equally bad.

Bama is very good. We're shutting down Tua at the expense of stopping the run. If we switch things up, Tua might pick us apart. I almost feel like we stick with the same game plan and keep owning the ground on offense with long drives.

The good thing is that most of their success is coming from the same counter play. That should be solved during half.

Hopefully Chaney sees that play where our WR had his man beat down the near side of the field on that last series but we hit the target over the middle. If we've got the matchups, let's take them.

I actually thought he possessed it live, but they kept running the replay in slow motion which doesn’t tell you anything.
