Chad is purging all the guys that haven't bought in or can't cut it. We're about to sign 29 players, a third of the entire team. Best class in 10 years and that one went to a Sugar Bowl and a Cotton Bowl. Chavis still on board. More installation of the playbook on the way.

Just spitballing some positives so feel free to add your own.

We will sign 25 next year as well. Which is a good thing. If that class is like this one, but with better O line guys. We will have talented depth the first time in many years.

Year 3 will be completely chads team almost. Even though bert signed like 27 in his last class. Most will be gone by then. Good riddance i say.

Could possibly sneak up on Notre Dame in 2020 if we get another good class next year. That would be huge for team confidence and fan enthusiasm.

Im really not expecting much next year. 2020 seems like the best chance for this incoming class to really put something together. Harder games are at home, and easier games on the road.

Path to a bowl next year:

Portland State - W
@ Ole Miss - L
Colorado State - W
San Jose State - W
Texas A&M - L
@ Kentucky - L
Auburn - W
@ Alabama - L
MSU - W
Western Kentucky - W
@ LSU - L
Missouri - W

7-5 is achievable.

What makes you feel that we can beat auburn? We havent been competitive with them in years. I know they were a 7-6 team this year, but im not sure they won't rebound next year.

I know 7-6 is wrong but frick it. they gonna lose whatever bowl game they play anyways

Way to early prediction, couldn't you have a least waited until signing day?

Ole miss, Auburn, Mississippi State all have the chance of being worse next year. I think A&M will improve a little. LSU will stay about the same (assuming they don't lose their DC) and Bama is Bama.

Wanted to bump this thread because I'm a contrarian a-hole.

I thought Boyd looked great tonight, and Starkel made some good throws. Our young receivers look like they'll be really good too. O'Grady is an NFL tight end.

Chavis' beard is phenomenal as well. Chad is still a beady eyed little ratfricker though, and it's good that his family still hasn't moved here because his arse is getting shite canned after next season. Good night!

It is a shame it isn't a bit more out there. We need a crazed Old Testament beard right now. Chavis is trying but he didn't start the magic soon enough.

Most positive response I can muster right now would be to wager all you can on Colorado State this week.
Second might be to sweet talk Bobby Petrino in to hanging around after his LRTD Club speech.
Best of luck!

You're right, at one point I even predicted we would make a bowl.

We could still go to one at 5-7 but I'm not sure where those four wins are coming from.
