This is the "opponent penalties" statistic" The higher you are on this list, the more help you get from the refs.

LSU #15

Bama #39

But..muh narrative

The only SEC team who gets more help from the refs than LSU is Kentucky.

This is such a bullshite statistic. For the millionth time it's not the number of penalties, it's when they're called or not called. For instance when Bama blatantly holds on Tua's touchdown throw to make the score 38-21 that's not called holds a lot more weight than garbage time penalties after Bama has already iced the game.

Bama has been last or nearly last each of the last two years. It could be a good omen for you (I hope not!!)

You're suggesting that the refs can somehow know the future. That during a play, they can tell it's the right time to throw a flag or not throw the flag because they know if they do or don't it will result in a big play.

We simply don't commit them. This isn't hard to understand.

Now crunch the numbers again for penalties against in the first quarter of play, on scoring plays, and in garbage time. I’d be interested to see those breakdowns.

And another "PO ME VICTIM" shows up. Is the entire AU fan base, staff suffering from ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION like LSU'S?

So you think the refs consult with Saban about which plays he wants to score on so they can make sure to miss a holding call on that play?

What about plays when an AU LT holds, blocks in the back to the ground a Bama DL then lays on him as Stidham makes a drive sustaining 1st down pass but he doesn’t gets called for holding? So you think refs consulted with Gus on that play?

Oh like when auburn was offsides on 3rd and 3 before the blocked punt which should of given a first down and not resulted in a punt or the blatant facemask on tua? Oh yeah and let’s not forget about the dragging Bama WRs down the the field. Shut up you cry baby you lost sit down and shut up.

Mississippi State goes in for the score! Wait...block in back.

Auburn breaks a long run for the first score of the game! Wait...flag for holding.

That’s all we are saying.

Bama seems to always get the calls when the game is close or a big play that matters is made. Then late in the game when they are up by 24, the calls get evened out. Once all momentum is killed, then they get some penalties.

I think Alabama's opponents have been flagged for offensive holding a grand total of 3 times all season.

I get that. But in the case of Saturdays game, the timing was pretty specific. After that play was called back, game was changed. Im not a conspiracy theorist and for the most part, the best teams should get the benefit of the doubt but there have been some glaring missed calls on you guys. The ones that were called on you Saturday were glaring and could not be left out

Not because Im a barner but I dont believe that holding call would have happened on you guys.

Big Plays normally happen when some breakdown or someone is committing a foul

Often times when a big hole is opened up someone is holding and that is the reason it opened up.

That is why you see flags on those plays when a ref happens to see it.

Holds also occur on most plays. Referees also don't typically call a hold unless it happens at the point of a play.

It amazes me that fans never seem to get it.

2013

Phantom false start of FG that would have made it 31-21

OL 7 yards down field on Auburn's tying TD in 4th quarter.

2017- WR steps out of bounds on Aubie's 1st TD drive. Play is not review because "Aubie's going Nascar"

Robert Foster is yanked down in the 3rd quarter right in front of ref. Bama has to settle for FG attempt instead of being up 21-20.
