I’m not sure he’s athletic enough, but man he has great instincts and he’s tough as hell. Great college player for sure

I doubt it. Would love to see it because he's my favorite on the defensive side.

He reminds me of Michael Scherer, and that's a good thing, unfortunately I don't think MS played in the NFL. Really good player though, both of them.

Not even close.

Sorry but Cale is the slowest LB I've ever seen in coverage.

He could fit in as a ILB on a base 3-4 defense. With his instincts and football IQ he will be good at that position because more teams are running the RPO.

I believe he would be a good fullback and special teams player. Similar to Anthony Sherman for the Chiefs.

After next year we will know more. Sometimes instincts are better than talent.

Great instincts, great worker, over achiever, damn good college player.

Would lose a footrace to a shopping cart being blown by the wind.

Any era before 1995 yes he would. Now it is all about speed.

I love Cale, but no way. NFL MLBs are trending to the faster, smaller linebackers who can cover. Look at Dorian O’Daniel who the Chiefs drafted. Would have been a safety 10 years ago.

Cale is a future Head Coach not a NFL player.

I really like Cale, but imagine him covering NFL RB’s and TE’s one on one in open field
