Given the amount of time Hall and Albert missed, Dooley, Finley, and Ofodile put a good product on the field. Jonathan Johnson led the team with 50 receptions and 69 of Lock's completed passes went to freshman. That certainly wasn't the plan at the end of August.

The running game is a much better product especially in the red zone. The numbers inside the opposing 20 were comparable to 2013 when team had to account for Franklin if things broke down. Crockett and LR3 combined for 15 TDs in the RZ.

Lol. I started on it last night during the 7OT marathon between aTm and LSU. I was going to head out towards McCook to pheasant hunt yesterday but decided to play it smart. With no Chiefs game this afternoon, I'm going to end up hanging lights on the house.

Got ya. I was a little disappointed when I looked out this morning after all the fuss they made about the pending "blizzard." Didnt even cancel my son's OSA basketball tournament.

I think we did it against a harder schedule, too.

That is pretty good when we went 4 games without a passing TD and 1 passing TD against Bama.

McCook is an hour south of North Platte, which is 4 hours west of Omaha.

I know. Just odd to see McCook mentioned. Worked with a guy who grew up there.
