A pair of 3-0 squads will meet on the hardwood when No. 17 Mississippi State and Arizona State face off in the semifinals of the MGM Resorts Main Event on Monday from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

That sure is a damn late game on our bodies. Guess you gotta play them as they come. Howland needs these early RPI games but geez, we couldn't negotiate an 8PM game?

Well, Rick Ray didn't help matters much. Good man and I respect his efforts, but like Croom in football, just over his head. He was not ready for that job. Great assit coach though, you have to give him that. Wish he could recruited.

ASU is currently unranked, but they will be a top 15 team at some point this season. This is a big one for the SEC.
Winner gets 5-0 Utah State, another team that will make some noise in March.

They are indeed good and yes will be ranked. Just heard Howland pregame say Nick Weatherspoon will play. Not sure how much but Howland did say he will play tonight.
That kid is fking tough. Think back to last year, injuries seem to heal fast on that guy. He is tough as nails.
