Or the guy currently on pace for one of the greatest seasons in SEC history. Maybe he could break the top 4.

I dunno.

In my opinion, if you don't get your team to Atlanta you should not be coach of the year.

Kirby's team lost a ton, I'd give it to him.

If Jimbo finishes 2nd in the West, I think he deserves a look.

Mullen should be ahead of Pruitt and O. The Gators were 4-8 last year and they’ll likely finish this year with nine or ten wins.

If LSU beats us then I’d give it to Ed O over all the others, if A&M wins then I think it should go to Saban since everyone else is kinda meh

If Bama keeps rolling Saban deserves it.

Knowing he won’t get it, if Pruitt takes the shaitshow at Tennessee to a bowl this year he should be in the conversation.

Better wait til it's over. Kirby is making a run and Saban may do something special.

Saban.

Pruitt took a 4-8 team in 2017 to 5-7 or 6-6 in 2018. Why do you have him in the running?

Yeah Coach of the Year is sort of a bad name for the award.

They always give it a coach who exceeds expectations.

Rather unfair to the coaches who have a lot expected of them and live up to it.

I wonder if FGus is eligible as special teams coach of the year.

Pruitt over Mullen? Ed over Mullen? He beat both..one badly..with a four loss team and is likely to finish the season 9-3

Trolling or stupid?

I think Stoops lost consideration for the loss to UT and he should have.

Saban has damn near an all new staff including new OC and a 1st time DC. Bama lost 12 players to the draft and all 6 of there top DBs.

He just bounces back with the most dominant team in modern history.

This is by far his best coaching job. All new staff and massive player departures and the team is better.

This is the year I’d give it to Saban. No team has seriously overachieved, and Bama has been dominant.
