Kind of a long shot, but we have a shot at 2 1000 yard backs

With 3 games remaining Rountree and Crockett have 758 and 699 yards respectively

Pretty sure that’s never been done in school history.

Could happen. I’d expect them to both be at around 900-1000 yards.

Hansbrough and Murphy came close in 2014 with 1084 and 924.

I thought Crockett ran as good against Vandy as he ran all year. He's got an obvious tougher road to hoe, but he'll be close.

Bakare got a series vs Vandy with Badie out. Look to have some burst on the 1 carry he got.

Won't lie. The run was solid enough that when they said his name, I said "Who?" and had to look him up. I thought the PA guy screwed up because they were wearing the Veteran uniforms.

Ford is putting a great room together. He, Finley, and Ofodile are why my patience is up with Walters. These guys are getting the young potential to produce.

Playing DB is tough but this late in the year with 2 SR safeties and two guys that have been on campus 3 years playing CB, the product should be better.

I was starting to doubt Crockett early in the season but he’s finally back to running hard downhill

He wasn't running behind his pads early. Didn't trust his shoulder.

Crockett’s games against

Purdue 6 carries for 17
Bama 7 carries for 8 yards

This and the second half against UK hurts his chances for a 1000 yard season.

Having Lock passing the first 3 games to pat his stats also hurts both backs.

This is the game I like to play, who will have more cerrer rushing yards, Crockett of Round tree.

Both on pace for roughly 2nd all time.

Neither will break 1000.

Probably get one at 900 and the other at 950.

Crockett only needs about 70 yards per game to get there. Last time he played Tennessee he ran for over 200 yards.

Crockett needs 100 per, rountree needs 80 per.

Badie being injured + tenny having decent corners could mean extra touches.

Both need about 20 touches each per game, while averaging what they've been averaging all year.

Averaging 200 ypg on the ground is easier said than done.

Crockett has been a stud 2 games in a row now. Running hard and wanting to be fed.

Both Crockett and Rountree are averaging ~ 5 ypc. At 20 touches each, they’d each have 300 yards more. Rountree only needs 150. Crockett needs 301.

right, should of specified those numbers were more true for Crockett, since rountree has a good chance already.
