They're currently 9-1 and going to their first C-USA Championship Game only a year after having their program completely shut down. Meanwhile, A&M has been disappointing in every sense of the word this year, finding themselves in a dogfight with an atrocious Ole Miss squad yesterday. Go ahead and bookmark this thread if you'd like. UAB pulls the "upset".

The only reason I don't like the idea is because the state of Alabama will have stolen LSU's child and officially become Aggi's daddy.

I commented on a twatter post yesterday telling UAB to enjoy Clark because he wouldn't be around there much longer.
Boy was that a mistake. The UAB fans went apeshit on me. They may be the only fanbase more insecure than the Aubs.

Bill Clark is a damn good football coach who puts a fundamentally sound product on the field. Great defense, relative to the competiton. He also knows how to motivate and get the most out of young men. They’ve had to overcome adversity, coming back from a 21-10 halftime deficit vs North Texas and pulled out an overtime win Saturday (not to mention literally having your program shut down). Good to see his commitment paying off for him and those kids. They have shite for facilities, stadium, resources and fan base, but they bring it.

What Clark has done at UAB is amazing. In a way its too amazing. A&M will be treating this game deadly serious.
If the Aggies half arse this game they will lose. I don't think they will so UAB hangs around and is a right pain in the butt for a couple of quarters and then the superior talent puts this one to bed.
I'd give UAB even money odds to take half the teams in this league right now.
