I found the game on Mediacom. Iowa St. radio announcers also doing the game on TV. 6 turnovers already. Smith got good position and knocked down an east basket.

Not much flow to this game with all the fouls and turnovers. Iowa St. only 5-18 from the floor though.

That’s what happens when you get stuck in a crappy conference with a crappy TV deal. I’m surprised ESPNU didn’t pick up the game. Watson with 7 points, but 13 turnovers already.

I dont think so. I think this team will be lucky to win 6-7 conference games honestly. Just looking at the schedule.

You will enjoy this season a lot more if you just embrace this season for what it is. It’s a developmental year.
If Mark Smith, Watson, Tilmon and Pinson show growth as players there can be hope for next season by replacing Geist with Dru, and Puryear with either Jontay (hopefully, but probably not) or Tray Jackson.

I think you’re right, but I’ll preach patience with Cuonzo.
KA left him Geist, Puryear and Nikko. That’s not a great base to work off of.
Just hoping the young guys improve as we go along.

This 100%. Cuonzo inherited the worst mess in Mizzou basketball history (at least since the 60's). Plus, it's yet to be seen what he can do in more than 3 years of being established. He's never had a chance to truly settle in and run a program long-term.
