If we manage to finish the season 10-2, ill just be happy if we can manage to keep Stoops.

I dont think that will be a problem. I have not heard Stoops name on any coaching lists

Where is Stoops rumored to go? He is a good coach, just haven't heard anything.

Only way Stoops leaves is if the Ohio State, Florida State or the Iowa job opens up. At the moment, I don’t think he would even leave for the Iowa job. His contact he has is is quite fair and it would make it hard for him to leave Lexington.

No talk at all Stoops with other jobs...every win he gets the rest of the year, he gets an extra $250,000 per win and makes it to a New Years 6...he gets an extra $250,000...so, if he wins 10 this year, he will make over $4 million this year. Plus he automatically got an extra 2 year extension on his contract.

I don't think Stoops is going anywhere.
He's kinda like Pinkel (thought not as successful YET).
Not flashy enough for a big school and once he's already established himself there is no reason to leave. It took long enough to get things going at uk that there's no point in going to another rebuild where he might fail when he could probably stay at uk for another decade.

In all honesty Stoops has a lot of baffling coaching decisions that we occasionally win in spite of but it's hard to complain about any coach winning 7+ games at UK regularly.
I could see that wearing thin pretty quick at a bigger name school.

We don't have 8 yet.
Hopefully we will have that and more by the end of the season and Stoops can get his bonuses

Stoops isn't going anywhere. One good season does not make you a target. Unless you are Tom Herman.

He took over one of the biggest dumpster fires in college sports from Joker, pressured university to invest in new football facilities, has had amazing recruiting classes by UK standards, player development has been solid, and took a football program in the gutter to two 7 win seasons in a row and now possibly a 9 or 10 win season...yeah.
