Also, Bama’s bus caravan had trouble with cars purposefully weaving in between and in front of them in attempts to cut them off.

I remember one year in Athens, a caravan of Georgia fans vehicles circled the Bama hotel all night trying to deprive the team of sleep.

They have supposedly identified Bama’s hotel as the “Marriott off College” and are talking about air horns and pulling fire alarms.
No mention of calling in threats yet. But at this point, I wouldn’t doubt it.
Hopefully they have the wrong location. Cause I don’t like the sound of all this.

Close. It was 1976 and I don't think it was cars, I think it was drunk fans throwing rocks at the windows and running up and down the halls. Back then I believe the away team stayed where the current holiday inn sits at broad and hull. After that year the visitors started staying out of town, I know in current times both home and away teams always stay off campus and out of the city.
Granted I wasn't born then so some details may be off but that's the way I've heard it.

I doubt they stay in town. I know for a fact that they didn't stay in Fayetteville,and I really don't think they'd stay in Baton Rouge just a mile from LSU.
