Most of us have accepted the fact that we suck. The smarter Auburn fans (like me) saw the glaring problems in week 1 and knew where we were headed. Y’all have been talking about the national championship ever since you beat a vastly overrated Miami team in week 1.

Auburn fans actually have decent football IQs and knew their team wasn't worthy of its lofty ranking. LSU fans see a QB who can hit over 50% of his passes and think they have the second coming of Peyton Manning leading them to a national championship.

Not to rain on your paranoia parade, but shouldn't you be preening or something? An Auburn loss was less significant because, well, they already had a loss. LSU was undefeated. Trust me, a month from now, y'll won't be getting special attention for losing again. And again.
