I don't think Jimbo Fisher should have been forced out at Florida State

I realize Jimbo came into the HC job with momentum because he was coach-in-waiting already, and might should have done better the first two years. In that weak conference.

Don't care! Still wasn't a point of reference. Should have had nothing to do with Jimbo's body of work.

Then later, coming in fresh on the natty game because of the previously mentioned weak conference also DOES NOT diminish that national championship.

And then finally I also realize the 4-year-fall from Natty to 5-6 was bad. "It was bad" in some "circles" - whatever - but I was so glad to see the press conference security throw that Florida State fan out of the press conference last year for asking those tough questions to Jimbo. I realize it was question-answer session for fans, but NOT THAT FAN.

At the end of the day, I just don't think Jimbo should have been run out of Tallahassee on a rail.

He gave back to the community and made alot of friends there. And a lot of memories. And as Houston Nutt would say, they went to a lot of bowls.

What more could FSU ask?
