This draft is hitting A&M hard. Everyone knew Rodriguez & Nayloer were never coming to campus. Kilkenny earned hisself some money this year so 99% chance he's gone. Now Hoffman & Englert both look to be long gone. There was hope they'd be on the roster next year.

You realize LSU fans are happy not to see any LSU players on that list right?

Guess you missed where they had like 8 kids on the first two days last year after finished national runner-up.

And the fact they'll be preseason Top 5ish next year because they aren't losing much talent next year...especially as it appears as of now that Hess and Watson will be back...

not to mention Eric Walker and Josh Smith back from injuries...and yeah several others.

MEANWHILE, South Carolina will lose virtually everyone for next year.

But yeah USC had an amazing 3 year-run baw and thus forever will have an inflated sense of self-worth.

Kind of a double-edged sword. You want to best for the guys leaving your program, but you don't want them to leave the program.

Well the only players that had draft aspirations that were eligible for the draft coming into this season were;
Josh Smith - draft eligible sophomore, hurt all season
Zach Watson - will likely be drafted very soon
Zach Hess - struggled this year, would love to see him back and moved back to closer where he was elite
Anrtoine Duplantis - probably a fringe top 10 round guy, would LOVE seeing him back
Cam Sanders - JUCO tansfer, we'll see on him, has great stuff but didn't put it together until May
Jake Slaughter - draft eligible sophomore, tons of potential, still a work in progress
Hunter Feduccia - JUCO transfer, didn't have a great season, we have several awesome catchers in our signing class
Caleb Gilbert - been hurt all season off and on, went from a sub 2 ERA and throwing mid 90s to high 80s and a 5+ ERA, he'll be back more than likely

And that's about it other than our seniors Bain, Coomes, and Jordan

Most of our team was very young or hurt or both this year, thus our inconsistent play all season

UF got smashed in the draft of HS pitchers.

y'all always get a few of them, though. Florida is, however, looking at a likely rebuilding year next year with all the players you're losing currently on the team

And they have like 10 others signed, too.

It happens every year with Florida and Vanderbilt. But once every 7-8 years they get one to campus (like Brady Singer, who was 56th overall out of HS)

Ummm, usually having commits drafted in the top 5 or 6 rounds is not a good thing for baseball

Yaw yaw away though cock

Smoke lavall used to be great at having commits be drafted in the 1st or 2nd round

Doesnt really do shite for you when they go to the minors

Lsu has 4 players on the current roster that were projected to go in the first 4 rounds. They all did not get drafted in the first 10 rds. They also had 2 high school pitchers that were projected to go in the 1st or 2nd rd that have turned down over a million dollars to come to lsu. I’m not sure how he is going to fit that much talent on the roster.

It happens every year. The sign those kids even though they know there is a 1% chance they get to campus. Because sometimes they do (brady Singer).

It isn't a surprise.

Jack Conlon at Texas A&M is another example. Was like #120 overall but got to campus because the pro team didn't want to pay him enough after this physical. TAMU didn't expect to get him but when you do - you make you room.

So no one really got "hit" the last two days.

And it isn't over...the early rounds tomorrow especially you'll start seeing more and more elite talent off the board after they negotiate tonight
