Runners on second and third, two outs, ball tapped to pitcher, plenty of time to throw to first, goes home instead and throws it 3 feet over the catchers head, two runs score

Men on 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs... batter hits a tapper to Caracci on the mound.. instead of throwing to 1st for the 3rd out.. he overthrows the catcher at home and both runs score to tie the game.... fml

Men on 2nd and 3rd. Hits it back to the pitcher. Instead of flipping it to first base to end be throws it over the catcher’s head and 2 runs come home.

2nd and 3rd, two out, comebacker to pitcher who throws HOME, throws away, two runs score, batter to third.

Instead of throwing to first for the 3rd out, he Knoblauch's it in the direction of the plate, 2 runs score. Tie game.

Pitcher went home with two outs when hit back to him, rather than take force at first and it went over catchers head. Two runs scored.

Runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs. Ole Miss closer strikes out back to back hitters. Schunk comes up and hits a tapper right back to the pitcher. Instead of just throwing it to first for the out, he throws the ball like a 4-year-old girl over the head of the catcher and allows 2 runs to score.

he went home for what would have needed to be a tag out (there was no force) instead of getting the sure 3rd out at 1st base
