Everyday is a good day. My sympathies and prayers go out to all involved but I just wish the news would focus more on good stories.
They focus on all the stuff that keep us depressed. Not saying these stories aren't important.

Yep, the Iron Cross is not necessarily a "Nazi" symbol. Its history far predates the Nazi regime and it's still used in the heraldry of the Bundeswehr and in the roundel of the Luftwaffe today, if anything it's one of the few remaining PC symbols of Germany. To call it "Neo-Nazi" is just fricking retarded and repeating it as if it's some kind of insight in to the guy's motivations or political thoughts is both lazy and dishonest when there's a hammer and sickle pin in the photo as well.

The world can quite often be a horrible place.
And it can be a very wonderful place as well. V&S has a new niece. So while things might suck in some places, in our little corner of the internet we aren't having a bad couple of days here.

It was a turn of phrase to say that these things were bad, lot of people are getting hung up on that.
