I'm sure there are several on the team that were high school qbs. Ardarius Stewart may have been a better passer than Hurts. I remember one game Hurts was struggling completing passes, I think the Auburn game, and Stewart threw a td.

Now I think of it, maybe it wasn't a td, but a key completion

Really, in the above disaster situation, you just try to solve it by having some walk-on QBs with some real ability and commitment to doing what you'd ask of a QB on scholarship. Hard to find but can be done.

You are thinking about the 24 yard pass that Stewart completed in the 2016(season) NC game against Clemson. It was the play before Jalen scampered 30 yards for the go ahead touchdown.
