I'll say Jacob Phillips, number 6 sophomore linebacker who showed flashes last year during his playing time. He should be a strong piece of what should be a very talented LB group at LSU

Mark Webb, cornerback.

If he's healthy, Eric Swinney.

Rs FR, Tyrell Shavers, WR
6'6", top 100 recruit, top 15 at his position with a year in system for strength/conditioning and to learn the offense.
Could finally have a tall, big bodied WR as a RZ option.

Deonte Thompson or Patrick Surtain, JR on Defense.
Najee Harris and Alex Leatherwood (or) Jedrick Willis on Offense.
Jaylen Waddle on Special Teams (we damn sure know it won't be whoever kicks FGs for us)

Tuanigamanuolepola Tagovailoa. Kid is going to dominate the SEC. You will be as sick of his name as you were Tim Tebow. Gary Danielson might start masturbating on air this year when talking about him.

Fehoko will be channeling some Chad Lavalais.

Jamyest Williams who is a CB/S especially if they let him return punts and kicks this year. He is small and has some honey badger in him

Who is ever our QB is, simply because of system change from a numbers stand point.

This and any DL because they will be allowed to rush the QB.

That's just what y'all have been missing. Maybe this year that will finally get y'all over the hump.

Edwin Alexander AKA Rougarou
Finally a starter at NT now that Greg Gilmore graduated. Will be the best NT in the SEC this season.

Kylin Hill
Averaged 5.0 yds a carry his freshman year. He'll split time with Aeris Williams, but Moorhead likes throwing to RBs and that fits Hill's skillset a little bit better.

State's receiving corps will make a case for most improved position group in the league
ETA: Although it would be difficult not to improve from last year
