That's cool and all, but good luck getting a coach worth a damn to come to a (currently) low-level SEC school after 3 guys in a row have been fired by year 3 because they didn't reach 9 wins. I'm sure Tim Horton would be excited for the opportunity, though.

Yea we have such a plethora of instate or nearby talent within 300-400 miles to become a power in football right?

Your formula is wrong especially at Arkansas because our state produces basketball players and with only 13 total scholarships that means most years taking only 2 or 3.

Basketball is the quick fix sport with the right coach and was ripe for the picking years ago before the recent surge in better coaches.
