I believe every coach should be fired in football if they don't win 9 games after year 3

And basketball coaches should be fired if they don't get to round 2 by year 4. It's time to hold coaches accountable!!

Eta: I am not asking for unrealistic expectations. Some of you are acting like I'm demanding a ny6 bowl and a sweet 16 appearance. Leaving a coach who sucks around too long hurts far more than firing him too quick. Btw I doubt a guy who coaches here for 3 years and doesn't get to at least 9 wins in a 13 games season will ever be anything more than average at any program.

Yes. Let's end up like Tennessee football. At least most of our embarrassments are on the field.

Don't waste your breath on these loser mentality stuck morons. They'd rather call Petrino's success a fluke and say it's just too hard to win at Arkansas than admit that we have sucked at hiring coaches. Petrino did have us at 10 wins and a BCS bowl in year 3 but I don't know if I would put a hard cap of 9 wins. Usually you can tell just from eye test whether or not a coach has what it takes by then. Injuries and things of that nature can skew win totals.

I offer a new contract. $750,000 per win. Flat rate

Incentives work for CEOs

Also, no buyouts. 3 year contracts. Both parties must agree to renew

Had to do a double take. Thought I had logged into Hogville by mistake.
