Mash it

quote:

Bielema said he put on too much weight at Arkansas, allowing the pressure of the job to affect his diet and knock him out of a regular workout routine. So as he contemplates the next step, he’s also slimming down. “In the morning, I start off with one grapefruit. I’ve had 14 days of that now,” he said. “I loved grapefruit 14 days ago. I don’t know about that now.”

This. I don't want the guy to die. I just didn't want him to be the head coach of the Razorbacks anymore and he isn't.

I don’t think we can actually move entire threads to the LSU board.

Had some for the first time over the holidays. They use entirely too much cheese.

I'm not buying it. A man that size couldn't eat one grapefruit and be satisfied until lunch. He should eat a balanced breakfast and then just stay active until lunch. He's got the free time.

Unlike Nutt and Petrino, I really am interested in seeing what Bert is up to. I'll probably become a casual fan of whatever team he ends up coaching next.

Edit: Is he still in Fayetteville at the moment?

Diets don't make a difference when you consume gallons of alcohol.

I have never in my life met a person that got fat while working a high stress job. I've seen tons and tons of people get fat off of low stress jobs, though.

Pretty normal. Some people 'stress eat', some lose their desire to eat, and some people's eating habits aren't affected at all. Differs from person to person.
