Zoobilee Zoo fricking terrified me when I was a kid . I was on an 80s kick on youtube today and ran in to it again and that sense hasn't faded at all.

When I was really young my older sister (no pics) and a couple older neighbors told me the Bloody Mary story and did the bathroom thing. I was so so scared I was basically traumatized.
To this day mirrors in the dark creep me out. I've never had a mirror hanging on the wall in my bedroom, and I still always hurry down hallways and such with mirrors.

Pee Wee's Playhouse.
When I was a kid something always seemed just off about that show and it gave me the creeps.
Of course today when I see it (kids watched it about two weeks back on Netflix) I realize that it's the product of a drug addled pervert. Still bugs me out that kids are so hooked on that show. It's got some strange voodoo going on with it.

Andromeda Strain scared me good. The idea that a microscopic microorganism can kill you is horrifying to me. I wouldn't say that I'm germophobic but I do have the urge to bash anybody I see sneezing into the air.

The 1988 remake of the blob scared the frick out of me as a kid. To this day certain parts are hard to watch particularly the sewer parts where it snatches that kid
