The Greatest Stoneworks of the Ancient World

Are found at a site called Puma Punku in Bolivia. The people who worked this stone remain shrouded in mystery to us because they had no written language that we know of. I will include a site here so y'all can get a look at these stones if you haven't seen them. Some of these stones weigh in the neighborhood of 140 tons, are found at an elevation of over 12,000 feet above sea level, and we're quarried 60 miles away.
So the question is, how did they do this? Aside from the incredible, EXTRAORDINARY precision of their masonry, they somehow transported stones weighing as much as four loaded semi trucks 60 miles high into the Andes mountains above the natural tree line (which means they wouldn't be able to use fell trees as rollers).

Sorry for the "woo" site, but they have some good photos there. Some of these stones appear to have been drilled into. The precision is absolutely mind boggling.
And considering the mystery surrounding this entire site, these people figure to be holdovers from this antidilluvian culture we are chasing.
So the question is, how did they do this? Okay, so the above photo is an Incan sculpture of another mysterious people called the Chachapoya. In Incan tradition these people were known as "The Cloud People." The Cloud People populated the high Andes for millennia and their were recorded long after their mysterious disappearance and were most likely the source of the Mayan deity myths. According to most all ancient American cultures, the "Gods" were white people from afar. Legend has it that when the Spanish conquistadors invaded central and south America the indigenous people there thought they were the Gods returning to them after having disappeared long ago. The reason I put that photo in the thread is to draw attention to a similar style of sculpture found at Puma Punku.
So what's interesting here is that it appears that the Incan sculpture pictured above is consistent with the style of sculpture and appearance of people pictured on the walls at Puma Punku (suggesting that it's the Incas are responsible for Puma Punku's construction), but the rest of the overall architecture of the two cultures is different.
Where does that leave us? The people who constructed Puma Punku are a precursor culture to the Incas.
Or, in other words, maybe the so-called Cloud People themselves, who the Incas obviously held in high regard.

I would love to see someone reproduce this with out the use of power tools.
Now, I'm not saying that these people DID possess power tools, but what I am strongly suggesting is that they had some other means of working stone, and moving stone, than we currently understand.
And we are also to believe that the people who were this sophisticated as masons didn't understand the concept of a wheel, or a written language?
It's absurd.

Maybe they had written language and advanced cloud-based technology so they didn’t need physical mediums to write on. However, when their culture collapsed, their servers also crashed and erased all of their written records.

Ox does not do the drilling but can be put on a treadmill and using leather belts to transfer energy to drilling / cutting device used by man.
