ATHENS -- After exhausting all of their NCAA eligibility, Georgia will be losing 100% of their seniors.

Based on an obscure but long-standing NCAA rule governing player eligibility, those seniors who have played for four years on the team will be moving on in life.

This alarming trend is sweeping through the nation's colleges and universities, with at least 127 other teams losing their seniors as well.

Alabama head coach Nick Saban told SECRantNews "Something has to be done about this. These kids worked really hard to get where they are, and we need to talk about what's best for the NCAA versus what is best for these young men."

Echoing that sentiment, Jimbo Fisher, newly appointed Texas A&M head coach said "I thought I would get away from this by leaving Florida State, but we're dealing with the same thing here. It's like, all your seniors, after they've played four years, they just can't play anymore. It's a chronic problem."

"I don't know the fix. I don't have the answers," Fisher said.

This is a hole in the system that needs to be repaired as much as the system that allowed Alabama to win the National Championship. It's corrupt as hell. Someone needs to do something about it.

"frick Auburn"

Just put it in there right after the fisher statement.

Look, I don't want to be called a hack ... so ...

OP, is it ok if I use this once everyone forgets about Tua time and starts letting us Bama fans know we will be losing everyone that matters and that we will be going into irrelevancy next season?

I suspect this will start happening in the next week or two like it always does every year.

If I raise my hand and point out that not all seniors have necessarily exhausted their eligibility and some go on to play as grad students, will I be pelted with rotten fruit?

Don't answer that. I'm already running away.

I hope we don't lose all our seniors. That will suck.
