Anyone can say the refs cheated but it's zeal and anger that get the points
I feel like I've almost seen as many threads by posters of other teams than I have by UGA fans complaining about the refs.

A good melt doesn’t bow to facts. Not because melting can’t be factually based, but because melting is the expression of pure emotion so raw and authentic that the poster doesn’t consider or value judgement of their stability
It's possible reality hasn't set in yet. It was a heart crushing loss. I didn't really start melting until day 2 or 3 after the LSU loss and that was a regular season game.

If you mean OPs, it's significantly more from other fans at this point. We'll see if the balance shifts at all.

Georgia, as one fan base, equaling the amount of posts as all of the others here is significant in its own right

Just looked at your sig pic and was wondering if a Tiger's tongue is rough like a regular cats?

Lot of people do that. For reason, I do not know.
How do *I* know? No need to get into that.

Well, I know of 2 OPs which I linked in this post... if there are more, let us know. I've seen at least 3-4 LSU posts alone...
And regardless of the above, a fanbase talking about a game it was in equally to fans who *weren't* in said game is not particularly significant. Let alone a game that was as closely contested as this one.

I just let it go and if it smells bad give a shocked look at the person sitting next to me.

In fairness my wife usually doesn't appreciate it when she is the one sitting next to me.
Funny thing is...before we got married she had a good sense of humor. I have no idea what happened.

Barners are very disappointed we didn’t melt hard. They melted harder leading up the game than we did after.

I'll be honest - I was way too hungover yesterday to even look at a computer screen. I actually had to use a PTO day at work to sleep it off. I might have drunkenly melted the night of the game if I wasn't watching at a bar but Bama has a good team and I'm happy with how the year went overall. UGA exceeded my expectations and we have a bright future.

This is my favorite thing in the world. Alabama fans saying "it happens. it's part of the game" after spending the entire offseason bitching about pick plays after last year's finish on what was objectively a judgement call... rather than simple procedural penalties that had a dramatic impact on the game in their favor this year.
I'm not here to bitch about the penalties, but this "on both sides" nonsense has got to stop. Just like UGA fans like OP need to "Harden the frick up" and deal with it... Alabama fans need to own that the officiating was unbalanced in their favor, and not by a small margin. As you said... it happens. Congrats on the win.

Frick it, I'm still hurting inside. TOOOOO many missed calls that could have given the Dawgs a championship

Feel free to respond... LINK
If you think that's somehow melting, I don't know how to help you bud.
ETA: I'll defer to the crowd. Happy to include it if the rest of you feel it falls within the definition of what we've established constitutes a melt.

Bump... people seem to be getting confused.

Does this mean the rant concedes that only two UGA posters actually melted? Need to know for future references...
Posted on 1/10/18 at 5:39 pm to fibonaccisquared
That’s what Im seeing.
It’s just like the shite talk leading up to the game was only 4 different posters but the narrative was that uga fans all believed we should be pre-crowned.

Pre Season Vegas O/U for UGA was 8.5 wins. Why Melt?
