Don't go insinuating that non-believers are less moral people... OK?

You both sound like a couple of bitches. No one can “win” a debate that is based around subjective thoughts.

The other dude did. These things are obvious and insulting to people who aren't Christians.

The point being it doesn't matter where you get a trash degree, it's still trash.

Why bring this crap to a sports board? Why do you feel the absolute need to prove how "edgy and cool" you think you are by ridiculing someone's faith?

You come off as a really miserable person, who can only make himself feel better by downing others. It's pathetic and sad. I pity you.

We call those CINO's. Jesus was an all-around GOOD dude and hence the name of those who strive to be like him are Christians.

Look at you, making fun of me for my degree but yet calling me out for my supposed insinuation that people who are not believers are not good people. Do you not see the imbalance in this position? Seriously, if you don't want Christians to insinuate that non-believer's aren't good people, maybe try not being a hypocrite, eh?

I don't think he meant you had to link them together. he was just saying he was a strong Christian and an all around good dude.

I think you are trying to read something into his statement that isn't necessarily there. That said, I could argue that really strong Christians are typically all around good guys.

He didn't use the word "and". He used a "-", as though the two were automatically synonymous and anything other was lesser.

jake is correct: it's insulting... it's also pervasive and insidious and needs to stop.

Wow. Sad. You make fun of believers but yet criticize me for your belief that I am criticizing non-believers. Ok then.

My experience has been when somebody says they humiliated another person in an argument...it turns out to be their opinion, and very few other people who witnessed the argument agrees.
I am not saying this was the case, but that has been the case in most instances of this type.

Show me one place where anybody in this thread has even insinuated that. You are one touchy person.

I think I speak for most on this board when I say "shut the frick up." The only person who has been trying to put down others for their personal beliefs in this thread is you. No one cares that your feelings were hurt by an innocuous statement not directed at you. I'm sure there's a safe space you can find somewhere if you really need one, but it's not here.
