Looking at that video for 5 min it was clear his 3rd saftey flies around... the other thing was guys were always making contact with the ball carrier at the line of scrimmage and defense outnumbered blockers. Also noticed though that the back is just a beast and would break tackles which might have been attributed to skill of Athlete at FSU vs WF.
TLDR: He gets his guys in position to make plays and players looked like they knew what to expect pre snap.
EDIT: Who is a good fit for us at his Rover and 3rd Saftey... where do we see the Returning guys Plugging in?

I need to read up more on what they expect the rover to do. From the first article, it looks like he lines up over the inside receiver most of the time. Maybe Derrick Tucker could fill that role.

Donovan Wilson will be a returning 5th year senior and is pretty much the perfect fit for such a role.
Watching film of Elko's defenses, he also likes using a safety as one of his linebackers in a true nickel defense when the offense has three wide and a TE on the field.
