Why do you only keep Miss. St. in the question when he has coached the likes of Percy Harvin?
How many wideouts has Pruitt produced?

Because he’s been a head coach for a decade and hasn’t produced a single WR worth a frick. If you have to go back 10 years (when he was working under the 2nd best coach in CFB) to find a single good WR that’s played under him then lmao.
I mean FFS Urban was a WR coach by trade and you guys are trying to credit Mullen with Percy, Murphy, et al.

Nice job avoiding my question.
Mullen has wideouts in the NFL currently. How many players get drafted from Mississippi State, historically? Has Mullen had a growing number of players drafted compared to the rest of Mississippi States history?
You'll find what Mullen has done at Mississippi State, no one else has done with that program.

Pruitt has produced as many good WRs as Dan Mullen has lol.
How many WRs has Dan Mullen had drafted in his 9 year tenure at MSU? Congrats to him that he’s had a couple make a practice squad here or there

Therefore he is technically no better a choice by your standards

Good God some of you guys are delusional

You don't need to be good at developing wide receivers for them to be successful in the NFL. You just need access to the talent pool recruiting wise. Mullen now has that at UF and never had that at state.
A good example of this is LSU. Our receivers surely didn't develop at LSU.

Why are you flaming the recruiting board? Take this shite back to the rant.

Pruitt will do better at UT then Mullen does at UF

Very Possible, but Pruitt is digging out of a much bigger whole in my opinion. Florida still has some real talent. I’m not sold on Mullen but I’m certainly not certain a guy who has never been a head coach is ready to completely rebuild a roster and control his coaches and players off the field. Color me skeptical.
