I still don't see it, why would Venables leave that gold mine in Clemson for anything other than a decent head coach gig? He will get one in another year or two at this rate 100%.

That would be nuts, but believable because Brent likes being a coordinator. Clemson will offer him more though because Dabo isn't anywhere near as good without him.
