Yes, I understand. Play a shitty schedule, lose a game, skip your conference title game, and get in. Typical BS. That's why the CFP is no better than the BCS. All they did was add a game to the same stupid system.

Why do you say I'm melting? There really is no good argument for Alabama to get in over Auburn. If you want to look at the "eye" test, my "eye" told me two weeks ago that Auburn is better than Alabama. Period. Auburn played four games against elite teams, Alabama played one. I KNOW Auburn can beat elite teams, they did it twice handily. I THINK Alabama can beat an elite team even though they haven't done so yet this season.

They choose most deserving all the time when it fits the proper narrative. That is the problem with the system. Technically they didn't choose bama this time because the were one of the 4 best, the chose them because they deserved to get in over OSU. If Wisconsin would have won they would have gotten in. bama would have been better than Wisconsin though.

Auburn had it's shot to make up for 2 regular season losses and blew it. Wisonsin had their shot to overcome a weak schedule and consensus eye test and they blew it.
Alabama was the next most credible team for the 4th spot the way things played out this year. Some years that wouldn't work and in some years a 2 loss team could end up #2 (see LSU in the BCS era).

A 1 loss team should not be passed up by a 3 loss team.
