And Arkansas expects the answer by the end of the day.

Over how many years?

If true, he needs to go. He ain't worth $50 million.

For a high school coach?

Hate to see Gus go, but he isn’t getting that in Auburn.

We don’t fricking want him for that kind of money. He can go frick himself if true.

So if he goes to Arky, will it still apply that Arkansas is a better job than Auburn?

Sexton is brutalizing ADs this year.

I'd hate to see him go. That would be bad for auburn

Arkansas will up paying a million dollars per win every year at 7.1 million a year

Probably will exchange the $50 M for a lifetime supply of sweater vests

Check this out. In 2005 he made less than 100k as a HS coach. Maybe 200k during his first season at Arkansas. Double that at Tulsa.
Talk about meteoric wealth.

If so let him go. He won't win that much at Arky with their talent.
I know don't if there is anyone worth fighting for this year though.

You don't build programs with guaranteed golden parachute contracts. Hopefully Jimbo has the competitive fire to win but what exactly is his motivation? He's already rich no matter what he does.
If im Arkansas I go find someone hungry to win and not just cash in on past success. Pay them a low base salary with bigtime incentives for wins and championships

Why would Malzhan want to coach at a Big 12 school?
