The OSU shills are out in full force and now the circlejerk seems to have swung back towards thinking UT fans are the bad guys here. So dumb. Schiano would have been an absolute abortion of a hire and the media would have brought up the Sandusky associations whenever possible.

Schiano got railroaded by UT fans and boosters. It only makes UT look worse for doing this. Tennessee is a fricking joke and just screwed themselves for years to come. The dude was not even interviewed during the sandusky investigation. On top of that he coached an NFL team. Do you not think the vetting process for that job would have been even more intense? This whole thing was bullshite

Anyone who says they would've reacted differently if Schiano was about to be their head coach is full-on bullshitting.

Even if he wanted to return to Rutgers, they'd probably be like "Ehhhh."

You are so full of shite. This guy has had numerous coaching jobs since the Penn St saga a few years back. Literally no one in the media brings up his name and Pedogate. The only people bringing it up are bitch arse UT fans because he isn’t Gruden.

They are plain and simple. I get that they were mad about the hire ,because he is a mediocre head coach at best. He is one game above .500 at Rutgers and was a bust in the NFL as a head coach ,but the fans were wrong to go after him for being part of Joe Paterno's staff with Jerry Sandusky and essentially calling him a pedophile. This was a frick up of epic proportions by the UT athletic director John Currie and he should have been fired yesterday.

Y'all keep saying this while trying to use his record at Rutgers as your evidence even though anyone with a brain over 30 who has followed CFB knows that Rutgers was a complete graveyard until he showed up. If all you have is his record was a game over .500 at Rutgers... well... I'm sorry but you know frick all about CFB.

Except they never really have even when he went to tOSU so why would they start now?
