He will land recruits off name and hype alone. If he hires some great recruiters Florida will turn around quick. He runs a great offensive system and will have much better players at UF.

UF has the #9 recruiting class right now, with no damn coach. Chip will turn it around relatively quickly.

I agree. He will be a home run hire for UF. There's a lot of speed in the state of Florida that can carry out his offensive system.

That's because most of the kids didn't even commit for McElwain. McElwain was probably the worst recruiter on his own staff, which says a lot.

won't make any difference for us who they hire. Only benefit of 31 years is no fear about Florida getting a new coach. Lowers the pressure
