I would think if they decide to get rid of him they'll just buy out his contract, right? What's 100k when you're talking about the millions you're already willing to pay out to get rid of the football coach?

I'd imagine that if stuff is leaking early it's more like a negotiation tactic. Like, "we really want you to fire this dude, and if you aren't willing to, you'll be fired."
Jeff Long's only real option is to fire Bielema and hire someone who will bring near instant excitement to the program. Long strikes me as a very very career oriented person. I doubt he wants "fired for being a dumbass at Arkansas" on his resume.

Literally nothing other than Piofeet's need for attention and daily threads created quotas being met.
I'm pretty sure this is one of very few decisions that aren't already made pre-meeting (like most) and they legitimately want to hear Long answer to some things and how he answers first. They may have an idea where they stand individually, but as a group they won't make any decisions until JL has been thoroughly grilled and walks away charred and crispy.

All of the debacles in football, Anthem protest, and this massive renovation, the overall image of Arkansas athletics is on par with other bottom feeder programs.
Also, it was one person’s thought, so take it for what it’s worth. I’ll bet on him to sway the room during es.

Anyone get the email from bragging about Arkansas athletics having a GSR of 80? Funny how they don’t mention it’s the lowest in the SEC. Congrats on being the skinniest person at fat camp?

The football only graduation rate is 60% and second to last. It’s a good thing Arkansas isn’t a win at all cost program like the rest of the teams in the conference.
