Your punter JK Scott is a fricking beast. He should be your game MVP and I am not kidding. It seemed like he pinned LSU inside the damn 20 the whole game and no way we were going to drive 8O-90 yards on you twice. He was brilliant

I can't argue. I had another LSU poster tell me I was dumb when I talked about what an offensive weapon he was. Even another LSU fan told him he was an idiot.

Your average starting position last night after each of 8 punts was your own 15 yard line. Average.

He had an incredible game. Be sad to see him go.

7SU doesn't give us anything. We take what we want.

I think y'alls average field position after we punted was around the 15 yard line, no joke.

ETA: BGiTN beat me to it.

Two years in a row he kept our backs against the wall. He is outstanding. I hated losing but thoroughly enjoyed the game. U don't see physicality like that except when these two teams play. Last night it came down to qbs. And when y'all have Hurts and we have Etling u win period.

I can understand that, as punters are usually considered defensive players.

He was amazing, and really a big difference in the game.

Against Ohio State a few years ago I swear he was worth 10 points. We’re lucky to have him

Fair enough. Rarely see you rustled in any way.

He has been robbed of the Ray Guy award 3 years in a row. Has been the best punter in college football since he was a freshman.

In fairness, TutHill is a legitimately horrible poster. Always has been.

Maybe...but the point I made was that Scott translated into the equivalent of an extra first down on the next drive. That's the difference between a 40 yard average and 51....and without outkicking his coverage. Several of those were fair caught. That would conceivably be like an extra 8 first downs last night. It was just beyond his comprehension.

A personal frustration is the number of absolutely abysmal LSU posters. They are (relatively speaking) few in number but they are disproportionately represented on this board.

There are only a handful I'll actually call out by name at any given time. He just happens to be one of them. CP3LSU25 is another.
