It's inevitable. If not Florida, it will be South Carolina and/or Auburn. Might as well get your choke over with UGA.

Well look at that. Another one of those loser LSU posters who are rustled by deeprig predicting a UGA loss. So sad they let a man behind a computer trigger them so much.

The real UGA upset is going to happen next weekend.

And Florida doesn't?
Well, lets compare Florida and LSU's recruiting over the last 3 years.
2017
LSU-7th
Florida-11th
2016
LSU-2nd
Florida-12th
2015
LSU-5th
Florida-21st
So, no. Since McIlwaine went to Florida, they have not recruited very well.
Huh?
He moved them up 10 rankings. How is that not doing well?

Me: UG coaches are concerned because of past history.
You: I doubt this very seriously.
Well then why are the strength & conditioning coaches posting signs of the past three years? You "doubt this?" UG player Atkins said it HERE.
Like a moth to a fricking flame...
Selective quotes are tough to gauge.. There was an interview with a player this week (don't think it was John John) where they said that the staff has done that every week more or less for each opponent... putting up posters of scores/stats/etc
Does UF carry more weight? Sure... it's a divisional rivalry game. Does that mean the coaches are "concerned"... probably about as concerned as they are every week... you can have the greatest game plan in the world and the team still fail to execute... or you can flat out get outschemed as well... I'd say every coach likely is concerned going into a game... but not specifically because of "past history".

Blue chip ratio: Percentage of roster made up of 4 and 5* recruits
Florida
2014: 54%
2017: 37%
Net: -17%
That's not to say they won't improve this year, but to act like he's been recruiting at the same level as Florida has in recent history is simply incorrect.

UGA has a better team than the Gators this year, UF is damaged goods, no doubt.
But UGA is now full of themselves, thinking they are the team to beat Bama and maybe even win it all....
Nothing could possibly go wrong, right?

Another outright assumption by the Mr Serious UGer.
Please enlighten us what "outright assumption" I've made? I'm happy to direct you to some quotes if you can clarify what you believe is an assumption.

Eh, not sure if this was intended to be directed at me. My comment above about Florida was regarding the discussion on recruiting. Poster mydildospunk seemed to think that UF's recruiting had not taken a dip under Mac, so was simply illustrating that it had.
As to this weekend, I've said on this board, the UGA board, and even the UF board... I will never count UF as a win until the clock counts down to zeros... I like where we're at as a team right now, but gonna have to see it...

Additionally, here is Kirby's direct quote regarding his thoughts on "past history":
But past history clearly is a primary concern... as you were.
quote:
“I don’t think our team is the same, I don’t think their team is the same, whether it’s three years ago, 50 years ago or one year ago,” Smart said.
But past history clearly is a primary concern... as you were.

If the players are being honest during the interviews Kirby is keeping this down and keeping them focused. You never know though...

Dominated both Vandy and Tennessee.
If that's what you call insecurity, then I love the results of insecurity so far.
