When I gave my proxy points from week two at ND (who guys know who you are), I was not allowed to have points gifted. The only point transfers allowed were the Gimp points set forth by the official rules of HGMF

Yes. If we allow people to give up points, the chopping block would just turn into a big auction block. Plus there'd be a shitload of extra math.
