And according to this rule it is better to knock down the receivers then tip it rather than catch it because if you catch it it can still be called pass interference.

I’m going to need a link for this no defensive holding while the ball is in the air.

I would link the official NCAA rule book, but those don't appear to be available on line.

Not really as you seem to not grasp at the qualifiers and disqualifiers for the penalties
