Mond played with desperation. They took chances and threw into tight windows. At some point folks need to realize we are waaaay more conservative than other teams.
If Jalen was at A&M in that Sumlin offense, we would hate playing against him. Mond is legit but so is our QB...

He just hasn't developed enough imo. You aren't going to have a clean pocket every time. Yes there was drops, but there is obvious stuff that still needs a ton of work.

The only reason this was a game came down to individual mental breakdowns under pressure that started with Foster’s clusterfrick of a drive. We should have been up 28 and resting starters, but instead kept compounding the mistake by getting dumb penalties, shitting the bed on punts, and disappearing on offense.
It really wasn’t as bad as it looks on the scoreboard. Slightly better execution in the second half and we’re talking about another 42-3 type destruction of an SEC team.
