This scandal will finally bring changes to the NCAA. Some of those schools caught or will be caught, are the one's who pushed the "Cost of Attendance" issue. Now we are finding out that was chump change.

So what should Auburn's punishment be?

Moving to the East and having to play that gauntlet of teams from that Division. The risk of overtaken UGA as the most underachieving team in College Football would be too much.

There is no eastern division in basketball.

I know but why limit our punishment to only basketball,

Basketball as a whole needs the death penalty.

There is only one school that has to worry about really serious sanctions and that is Louisville because they have been so scumbagy for years and are under probation already.
Outside of that everyone is just going to find out how far this goes

Speaking of which, Auburn estimated their cost of attendance to be one of the most expensive in the nation. Higher even that Stanford and other elite colleges.
Auburn cheats at everything...
Why is Auburn's cost of attendance so much higher than its tuition, room & board?
edit: the higher the cost of attendance, the more stipend a school can give its student athletes
