Going to be honest, I think there are two jobs that he leaves for that he would have a serious chance of getting.

The Texas A&M Head Coach job is a nest on the ground. The last coach to voluntarily leave was Bear Bryant.

Stricklin is a Mississippi boy and won't go after Mullen. He gets a pass for taking the UF job but poaching MSU's coach would be the unforgivable sin. That and if his goal is to ultimately be the SEC commish, coach poaching isn't the way to get there.
