So if Irma is in the spot in this image right north of Cuba at 2PM on Saturday, what games are called off? I'm assuming Gainesville...not sure about Tallahassee, but my hunch is they would also.

Gainesville will make their announcement 30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Gainesville will absolutely be cancelled. Tallahassee would be unlikely since it may still be way too far south

IMO....Saturday .games in the north half of Florida won't be affected

I read an article that said Irma is the strongest storm ever recorded in the Atlantic.

By MPH that is accurate. Patricia had over 200, but it was in the Pacific.

And then get that team to travel the next 2 games to their own stadium

UCF moved theirs to Friday.
The biggest issue, say like the LSU game. Is you need a lot to run a huge football game in Gainesville. You need 100+ cops. 20 or so ambulances on scene. Hundreds of staff.
Considering the State of Florida is already on high alert, it may cause a canceled game. I would say move it up to noon but then it won't be televised. Friday night would work even better. SEC network has nonsense on that night.

Florida will wait as long as possible, then cancel the game and blame their opponent.

Florida did not "win" that game. LSU fricking gifted it to them. Both teams looked like shite on a shingle.

And then that team will be really shitty the next season and frick up and schedule the other team as their homecoming trying to be dicks.

Yeah, that decision isn't looking too smart now. Based on what I've seen so far LSU will destroy Florida

LSU moved up the Appy State game in '08, due to Gustave. It was still on national TV. Watched it from VA.
