I'm not even kidding. He was already on the hot seat but to have a legendary meltdown like that...there's no excuse. Interim head coach now

It is to an extent, he wanted to play LSU instead of actually looking for a good DC. He's paying for it and LSU is being awarded.
If Sumlin could get a DC there who is innovative and can recruit then A&M would kick some butt. It all starts with a good hire and then that guy being able to identify recruits who got what he wants to do. Y'all DL has improved but after that there's a huge drop. Need the LBer and DBs to compete with the LSUs and Bama's.
