I agree that LSU has far better offensive talent than Pitt, but don't the other SEC teams have far better talent defensively than the ACC teams Canada and his offense were going against?

You mean like the Clemson team that Canada beat? The one that won the natty?

There were 7 ACC teams ranked in the top 25 in total defense last year.
The SEC had 4.

If Coach Canada was able to be the only team in America to defeat Clemson last year with Pittsburgh quality players, imagine what he will be able to do at LSU with LSU's level of talent to the SEC considering the fact that Clemson beat Alabama, the SEC Champ, for the National Championship after it had already lost to Coach Canada's offense last season.
