If you have not been over to the engineering quadrant of campus it is unreal how nice it is and how many buildings they have. It is a campus to itself.
The Textile Building was originally constructed in 1930 and was renamed as the Gavin Engineering Research Laboratory in 2016. This project will comprehensively renovate the existing building to provide the necessary space to relocate and consolidate research labs for the Polymer Composites Center, Additive Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering Wind Tunnels, Nuclear Power Generation Simulation, Pulp and Paper Pilot Machine, and general research assets from the Engineering Shops and L-Building.

Last One... Auburn in Gulf Shores, 12 Million Dollar facility
Auburn University and the city of Gulf Shores are partnering on a new $12 million college facility that will be anchored by veterinarian medical services.
The new 25,000-square-foot building will also house programs related to organic horticulture, marine fisheries, specialty courses on unmanned aircraft systems, economic development research and 4-H extension.
The campus will sit on 26 acres within a 200-acre parcel located at the Foley Beach Express and County Road 8, which is northeast of the city's main business district. The entire property is coveted by Gulf Shores' leaders as a future educational complex that will include a new high school and other facilities.

So have they torn down Parker Hall yet?

It is slowly tearing itself down.

There are plans to tear down Parker, probable in the next few years. No drawings yet for a replacement or location. Easier to build than to tear down and replace buildings still in use.

They released some concepts in one of the Because this is Auburn Magazines. I doubt these are concrete plans though. Front page and on page two. They want to create a pond/lake out of the creek that currently runs under campus with two buildings surrounding it.
