Back to lanier’s point. That puts Cam in back-up range

I think they paid him something similar this past year. Like a million then a lot or incentives. I loved him at Auburn but I think that dude is done (Actually been done) as a NFL QB. He is broken

Agree Lanier. Everything I have read, I think he is a great club house leader (doesn’t always come across on the sideline/field) and Pats want that presence as well.

the base is a little more than last year. 1.5m vs 1m. and he gets a signing bonus of 1.5, so he is guaranteed 3m this year and up to 5m w/ roster bonus, then potentially 9m for making different goals team/personal.

I am surprised he was willing to stay, and since he was healthy, not try to be a bona fide starter with another team.

Either he is getting no other feelers from other teams, or he still thinks his best shot is w NE.

No way, NE is going into next season w/ just Cam and Stidham again. They HAVE to finagle a high draft pick to go get their future QB or they are going to sign a more passing established QB veteran from somewhere.

I do really enjoy coming back to this shitty forum and seeing that the shitty ingrates are still shitty ingrates.

Stability is kinda comforting.
