Bobby Petrino never professed to be honorable, loyal, or trustworthy in any way. So he didn't fall from "grace", he just proved without a shadow of a doubt that he was a slimy scumbag.

No more slimy than your normal run of the mill SEC coach. At least he is slimy scumbag who can coach.

Freeze isn't enjoyable as much as satisfying. It isn't exciting and/or throwing us for interesting new twists but rather just observing karma. We all thought Freezus was a religious scam a la Joel Osteen, now we get the satisfaction of knowing we were right

His departure from Atlanta was slimy. The act of not only hiring your side piece, gifting her $25,000 then wrecking on Harley while on a joy ride with your mistress and proceeding to lie to your boss at every opportunity was scumbag.

Bobby's a damn fine coach and Hugh ain't so bad himself.

But Bobby never stood up and preached from the pulpit and professed to be holier than thou so IMO he didn't fall from Grace, he drove a very lucrative job into the ditch.
